Dear journal,
Hi my name is Brandon and I am 9 years old. I live in Campbell RIver and I am leaving on a trip across Canada and I am going to write about my trip.
I have seen a bear fighting another bear, they were both black bear cubs. Once my dad and I were going to go fishing but a theif stole about 175 letres of gas. It ruined our trip and we were mad!
My dad, my brother Andrew and a few friends went hunting and my dad shot a black-tailed deer. My dad got the meat out of it, then the meat hangs in a cold place for about a week before getting cut into hamburgers and steak.
After that we went to the Willow Point Museum and saw some pretty cool stuff, like stuffed birds and animal displays, first nations carvings, totem poles and maskes and old fishing gear.
Well I have to go soon to get the plane to the Yukon.
